Ok. Looking at the new movies that have been coming out, I seriously think theyre running out of good ideas. So which movies do you think have no logic and just plain suck.

Most of those Teen movies like American Pie arent good.Personally I dont care for movies that are based on the country or the stone age times.

Any Rugrats movie except the first one.
The first one was excellent. It felt like the old Rugrats, but something new at the same time. I'd watch it again.
The other ones almost made me puke. No effort was put into those movies at all. AT ALL.

The Rugrats have been going down hill ever since they added Dill.MTV owns Nickelodeon so its no surprise that they put on crappy shows.

When they added Dil for the first time, it didn't ruin the series until there were new episodes released after the first movie.
( sigh ) I miss thier old adventures. I liked the episode when Tommy and Chuckie were messing up stuff in a movie theater and when Tommy explored the inside of a postal service.
Now they just sit there. And sit there. And sit there.....( snores )

Any more MADE just for the cash sucks.
The Matrix Trilogy, while not quite to the abhorrent level of some, is an example, where the first was a surprise success, then dollar signs flashed, budget increased, and plot and coherence went straight to hell.
Of course, other series, like the Friday the 13th and Halloween series, were never REALLY good, but the JAWS sequels are a travesty.

Movies made with heart, like The Passion of the Christ, E.T., Braveheart, Schindler's List, and even Lord of the Rings, were not driven by money, but rather in telling a compelling and emotional story, creating an effect in the viewer, and not just serving as a means of entertainment. Those movies are the good ones. Anything else is mediocre at best.

Fatality.

I Love The Matrix Trilogy.

I love all 3 movies equally.

I'm sick of people saying the 2nd and 3rd were made just for money. I think the 2nd and 3rd were made for us Die-Hard fans of the series. For a completion of the story. For those who not only loved the first but counted down the days for the sequels. For people who went deeper into the trilogy and searched for facts and opinions and stuff that you couldn't possibly catch from just a single viewing.

Matrix Owns.

I agree that the Matrix sequels were not bad! They rocked! They just didn't meet the high (and unreasonable) expectations. However, I do think they were made for money.

But in my opinion, the movies that suck the most, are movies made for kids. Barney, Pokemon, Power Rangers, Rugrats, Spy Kids, etc. They all reek. God forbid that there should ever be a Teletubbies film. If there is, I swear, I'll go to the set and torch it to ashes!

Actually, the 2nd and 3rd Matrix movies were made like parts 2 and 3 of the original Star Wars Trilogy were.

The 1st movie was made as a test to see how popular it would be. It was a self-contained movie that had a closure, but hinted that there was much more going on. Thanks to the success, the 2 and 3rd parts were made to expand upon, and unltimately end, the trilogy...

I know this will piss some people off, but here it goes... Cabin Fever. Talk about a LETDOWN!!! The promos made it look like it was going to be the next Evil Dead or Night of the Living Dead... instead it turned into another Blair Witch, and that is NOT a good thing. This movie was just POINTLESS! A flesheating virus comes in contact with a group of college students who enjoy nothing but getting high, getting drunk, and having sex. There was no real "moral" character to sympathize with who would be the hero, they all pretty much just became dumber and dumber as the film progressed. The climax is just one big bloodbath that has pretty much NOTHING to do with the "plot"... and "PANCAKES"?!?! WHAT THE HELL?!?!
I'm sorry if I offended any "CF" fans... but this just irritated the hell out of me. Thank God a month later, I found my new favorite film... if my signature doesn't give it away, then oh well grin

The matrix shouldnt even be mentioned in this thread. praise or bash. tho neither should LOTR (as much as i dont like them they are good films). now films like gigli, from justin to kelly, and cabin fever deserve honourable mentiones. those are the true suckie films out of the blockbuster bunch. btw for anyone saying that the matrix sequals were made for money, i got new for you EVERY film is made for money. the sequals were not however aimed only towards money (well for the studios they were but not for the wachowski bros.). theywere aimed at (as cold kombatant mentioned) the fans. like them or not u cant deny that they are good, solid films.
