I was wondering which version of mugen is the best or are they all the same so far i have heard of three everyone vs everyone, all characters zero, and winmugenconfused

WinMugen is the best, btw I'm so glad I downloaded some illegal chars before they were announced that they were(i.e ShinBison, God Ken =D).

Go here to download the version of MUGEN(Win) that I recommend. By the way if you guys need to learn more about MUGEN as well as need to get some questions answered then go to this forum, but the main homepage of that website, which consists of a sweet char database, is currently down due to some maintenance at the moment unfortunatelysad
