From what I understand, they weren't able to get their license (and believe me, even though I love FC Barcelona with all of my heart and soul, I gotta admit that Arsenal is a PHENOMENAL team), at least not for the Japanese version.
Maybe, if we're lucky, it'll be in the US version.
