Umm, it's not new. It's been around for about 2 years now (I THINK).

And no, there is no "member performance list" to determine which players are the best. Simply look at the game descriptions people use for their servers, 'cause some will say they're noobs looking for more noobs, pros looking for pros, etc.

BTW (and this goes for everybody), whenver you see a server that says something along the lines of "We're undefeated" or "Nobody can beat us", it's 100% bullshit. They simply say that, and those who have TECHNICALLY never lost is 'cause before the game ends (and before they get their asses handed to 'em), they either quit or kick you so that they can still claim to be "unbeatable".
