Yes you should eat food. The better question is how much. For a more active individual that plays a sport and/or exercises, more calories may be needed somewhere in the 2000 to 2500 per day. For most Americans that are not as active , such as myself, that are more inclined to sit at work and go home and sit in front of the TV or computer screen most of the time we should consume less calories 1200 to 1500 per day. This will keep the non-active individual from getting too large. Remember don't consume more than you burn.

What do you when you have a job and work 5 days of the 7 day week and are a student on summer break in high school and have a shit load a work to do before school for summer assignments and never feel like fucking doing it...

I have a friend who has problems getting girls. He's what one would consider a nerd. The kind that explains stuff in condesending tones as if they know pretty much everything, but he's an okay bloke.

So should he:

1. build up his self esteem to where he becomes more confident in approaching women?

2. Get a job at a zoo and molest chimpanzees?
