Yes...and no. My brother made it. He's alot better than me. He got a job in Chicago doing Graphics Designing. A year ago had a website up where he posts his banners and avatars up. It's dead now. He sends this avatar to fansites of "The Ring" as artwork. After his website was closed, he lost all his artwork because of a virus that deleted everything off his computer, he no longer makes sigs. The only thing that's left is this avatar, which he sent to a fansite.

I actually made a song, and I turned it backwards. Here's the results:

FORWARD: "Don't make me co--(mplain)"
BACKWARDS: "F*cking in the bush!"

It's really common to get those kind of messages in songs, but making a song yourself and finding that in there was just priceless. My friend was rolling on the floor laughing at this.

The Weird Al song is freaky, you can hear it clearly, as if somone played some background music and said "Satan Eats Cheeze Wiz"

That was intentional, though. Obviously, Al was making fun of the Satanic messages, which he pulled off flawlessly.
