It's not like they suddenly decreased the number of Pokemon in this game. So if you don't want to keep track of four hundred and ninety-three Pokemon, I'd stay away. Right now I'm on the third city, where I have everything I need to evolve my Pokemon. So I'm levelling up and taking my time. I traded with my friends so I can have the team I want. This will be Scizor, Gallade, Milotic, Electivire, and Garchomp. I can't decide on a sixth Pokemon, I wanted a fire and flying Pokemon, but I don't want anything legendary or starter on my team so I'm out of luck. Also, I just realized I can't get Electivire in Goldenrod, oh well.

Still trying to beat the Elite Four. My team is all around level 40: Feraligatr, Crobat, Togetic, Victreebel, Pupitar and Steelix.

I have beaten my Heartgold once already and gotten all the badges.
I decided to restart the entire game because I wasnt to satisfied with my first game.
I'm absolutely loving my second playthrough.
I just hate how damn long it takes to evolve my fuggin Slowpoke!! >:(
Plus they don't have the Vs. Seeker on this game(which I think is total garbage) so it's kinda hard to train your pokemon on this version. :S

I beat Red on SoulSilver on Friday, now I'm working on catching Groudon, Entei, Latios, Suicune, Zapdos, but considering Entei and Latios are wanderers, I don't see myself getting them soon, and I've got the other available legendaries(even Jirachi) and I found Gym rematches to be an excellent way to train, btw, did anyone else see the extended Rival story? and has anyone got the Yellow Forest Event Route?(it apparently goes on till the 30th)

btw, I love this game.

The games are definitely worth it, especially if you missed out on the other 4th generation games (Diamond Pearl Platinum) until now.

I boxed it (Bayleef) early on, though now I've evolved it along with all of the other Johto, Kanto and Sinnok starters. Gen 2 starters are my favourites, but I wanted a little more variety.

I can't get my copy of silver to save my progress. (I'm using ORIGINAL silver on my recently acquired GBA). It says it saves, then i turned it off. when i turned it back on i couldn't find the save file. It just gave me the menu to go to 'options' (sound etc) or 'new game'.
