question concerning ps2 internet adapter (for sftos)

well i noticed with syphon filter: the omega strain, a lot of the game is locked and can only be done with online play, well, i dont have the adapter so im trying to figure this out.

i have a cable modem that i believe is 56k and i think i have broadband, im not 100% sure about things, oh my god.

and i would really like to get 100% completion of this game (yes i only started today but i dont like to leave games 99% done) so if anyone can help me it will be appreciated.

56k is dial up. If Syphon Filter supports dial up, then what you have is fine with the network adapter. I'm just not sure how to set up the network settings for dial up, i used broadband for my network adapter, and i just switched it over from my xbox. The set up disk picked up everything automatically for me.

ok cool, i was just wondering if my computer would pick it up as i didnt want to buy something that had almost no use, thanks smile
