Questions about Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution...please help

I know that this is not MK related, but, I did'nt know who to ask, and since this is a general discussion.

For those who've played VF4E

I have been playing quest mode with Sarah. Right now, I am at the Sega North section of the map, where the tournament entree conditions are "Defeat the top 3 players in this Arcade." This is what I don't get. I played beat about 10 fighters, but, it says I have 0 people. Who are the top 3 players supposed to be?

My other question is if you've already won a tournament, can you win anything else if you you fight in that tournament, again?

This is all, if you can help me, I would appreciate it

You sometimes have to go through a lot of fighters to find the top three at a paticular arcade... the top players are marked so you should know them when you see em. As for your second question... you can get items. It's been a while since I've played so I hope someone else can answer in more detail.

If someone can answer in more detail, feel free to...but your answer is still appreciated Nikodemus. Now, at least I know I'm not crazy.
