I Found this interesting news at http://www.nintendojo.com
and the source of the news is from http://www.gamerfeed.com and link to the news it self http://general.gamerfeed.com/gf/features/381/
according to a report over at GamerFeed, Nintendo is fiercely prepping her guns for the next-generation console war. The article in question claims that not only will the Revolution have a 800 MHZ graphics chip and a 15GB hard drive, but it will also include a truly revolutionary modem that will provide players with high quality online gaming and voice chat.
In addition, if this report is to be believed, Nintendo is farther along in software development than most people are aware. Expect to see most of Nintendos key franchises available at or near launch time; Mario, Zelda, and Metroid the works.
Apparently Nintendo believes that the only way that they will ever catch up in the console race is if they pull out all there big guns early on in the console war leaving the competition behind in a smoke of AAA software. Time will tell if this report proves to be valid. Heres hoping
-------------------------------------------------
Now take this rumor with a grain of salt, but if it turns out to be true nintendo there defintly bringing out the big guns for the next system and finally bringing there games online.

Isn't that a bit redundant?
Anyway, I have high hopes for Nintendo's next gen console.

Nintendo needs to bring there games online, get more 3 party titles on Revolution(that's what hurting gamecube at the moment not having enough 3 party titles and not having there games online too)and need to switch to a bigger disk format, that 1.5g disk format is just not going to cut it, i know there try to prevent piracy. but they need to switch to a higher format and give the game makers more room to work with. and give the nintendo players an option of playing there games online against other players. but if nintendo does include hardrive, key launching titles and online gameplay that should help nintendo in the long run.
