Can i upload from Facebook?

If you want to upload it from facebook, and you have that annoying pop out picture thing, what you're going to have to do is refresh the page on the picture you want. Then you should be able to right click it and get its picture URL. It depends on your browser. If you use internet explorer, you have to click properties to get the image URL. And then you have to put that URL into the code I gave you before. Good luck.

You're not uploading, technically, but linking.
Just find the pic you want on FB,
then right click on it and choose "open image in new window"
Copy the url from the address bar, and paste it into this HTML tag:

{img src="pasted URL from window" width=400}

But switch out { and } for < and >.
