Friday:
Squats (DEEEEEEEP) 3x8
Deadlift 3x8
Standing Calf Raise 3x12
Crunches: Various

Without boring anyway the reason behind my routine is Training muscles Functionally together, i.e Pecs, Triceps, Delts and Lats, Traps, Biceps and giving those muscles enough time to rest.

Much better than the whole "Chest on monday, Shoulders on Tuesday, Arms on wednesday etc etc" people do, because the arms don't get enough rest doing that.

And Train your legs just as hard, the rest of you will grow too :)
