I don't know if many of you people will ever watch this movie, or had any interest to watch the original, but I love these movies and highly recommend them to anyone that is sick of seeing explosions and killing all the time.

I personally think that the two movies are hilarious, and the sequal lives up to the original quite well. All the previous characters are in this movie, plus a couple more that really stand out (like Puss in Boots, I think that's the cats name anyways, tongue)

The first one owned.

Shrek and Finding Nemo are two movies I thought would suck and be dumb, but are actually very good.

The first Shrek kicks ass, and from what I've seen, this one does too.

Fav part from the first one was the Gingerbread Man being tortured LOL Is he in this one?!

I saw Shrek 2 once. I really did live up to the orignial, I think that Puss was the most hilarious character I've ever seen in an animated film, not to mention all the other humor in the rest of the movie.

I havent seen Shrek 2 yet but Shrek 1 was great.I heard alot of great things about Shrek 2 so I might check it out on DVD.Sad though,Comcast wants you to pay 80 bucks for PPV!What happened to the good old 30 bucks that Media One offered?

Fear for your life from Puss in Boots... dude that movie was awesome.... especially the (spoiler) huge gingerbread man and pinocchio's underwear preference(end), but these movie's deal with what people are like inside and how better looking morons get treated better than those socially excepted to be less attracive... and Puss in Boots rocks... later

I absolutely dug Shrek 2, but I did have one complaint or at least a minor footnote.

It really seemed to be over quicker than I expected. I mean, everything happened and I was sitting there thinking, "that's it?". Anyone else feel that way?

Man, Puss in Boots was awesome. ***SPOILER*** That scene where he first gives Shrek the big cute eyes I almost exploded. ***/SPOILER*** That was the single cutest/fucking hilarious thing I've seen in a year.

Wow that was funny as hell. The first one (imo) sucked major ass. But this one was sooo great. Puss in Boots is probably the reason I was sold.

i wanna see it i've seen the original my fav part in original is when shrek say to donkey whatever u do donkey dont look donw the part donkey was on breaks and he looks down and say shrek i'm lookin down if shrek 2 can be funnier then that then i'd die of laughter

I saw it a week ago and it was funny as hell. especially when pinochio was trying to lie and he said im wearing thongs and his nose didn't grow!! you even get to see shrek as a human brute and donkey as a horse.

i thought shrek 1 was marketed way too much after its release, so that's why i didn't like it that much, but no. 2 was immensley(sp?) better. i loved the cops reference.

shrek 1 was great and funny. i thought it was gonna be funny from the start because of eddie murphy and mike myers. and it was. alot of walt disney spoofs and pariodies. hilarious. this one is gonna be funny.

Funniest movie ever.

Puss in boots was so funny when he makes his eyes so big! They are the most adorable, hilarious eyes you'll ever see. I guarantee it.
And then when the cops are coming and they say, "Cat Nip." and Puss goes, "That's not mine."

Howcome nobody has mentioned the graphics? They were awesome! The humans looked so real!

My Father laughed his ass off at the part when Fairy Godmother's wand goes flying at Pinnochio and he turns into a real boy and goes "Hey look! I'm a real boy!" Then THUD! He hits the ground.
Then the wand hits him again and hes dancing like:
"Real boy! Real boy! *Wand hits him* Ohhh.. sad"
