Sig of the Week (Week 28 – Zombies) *results period*

I have excuses every week! You know Sunday was the Superbowl, and Monday was my first day interning. I got sick, came home at 7pm and slept until 8am. I'm going to compile the scores for week 27 later, but in the mean time I am going to post this now so that you guys can get to entering.

RULES AND GUIDELINES

01. Pay attention to the time cycle:

Tuesday - New Theme Announced
Tuesday - Friday: Entry Period
Saturday - Sunday: Voting
Sunday - Winners Announced

02. You must be the creator of the signature that you are entering.

03. It must include your username.

04. The limit on signature size is 400x150.

05. Animated signatures are not allowed.

06. One entry per user, however you may edit your entry before the voting period.

07. No repeated entries.

08. You may not vote for yourself.
09. Your entry is no longer worthy of a DP.

10. If you get the most votes, you are awarded 2 DPs. If you're runner up you get 1. For everyone else, you are rewarded with nothing. Have fun playing!

Heads up for everyone. The new DP system will take effect this and upcoming weeks for the SOTW contests as followed:

0 points for entering.
1 point for contest runner-up.
2 points for contest winner.

Letting you guys know now. Great theme this week by the way (Erik). I'll hopefully have one up soon for I have sort of an obsession with everything zombie.

Anyways, I have really felt as if I was not doing this game justice for the past few weeks, and I was toying with the idea of passing it on to somebody else who will have the time to keep it updated in a timely manner. Now that the DP rewards have been cut back, it's easy for me to let this game go.

If anybody is interested in taking this over, let me know. There's still quite a few suggestions I've had from a few members, so I'd also forward those suggestions on to you.

All right, now I have to head into class.

So wait? There is only a 1st and 2nd place position? Damn. Well I'll still do it. I love doing SOTW. This weeks theme is great. I'll do mine later.

Can we have a reason for the rule changes

I see no point of it at all

I thought you wanted more people entering these
How is this going to do that

Why change the rules just now after many months of doing it how it was done

Is mko exceeding the DP limit?

I know they dont mean shit and dont matter, they arent the whole point of SOTW but why reduce the amount

Hopefully, whoever takes this over will keep that request in mind.

Or possibly even doing a "no dimension limit" week theme.

I think that'd be a great theme. Along with "excuses."
