It's a tad sleepy, but the intent clearly wasn't to be exciting. It's definitely a moody little piece, and as a lover of mood-music myself, it's not hard to see good things in the song. It's like the backdrop to one of those scenes in a movie with all the dramatic, slow camera work and heavy thinking on the character's part.

Speaking of music, I think it's a lovely day for a trip to the recording studio.
