Finally got to play some FFXI this weekend, and uploaded some shots I took during spring break...
Some Tarutarus that kept panicking in the Carpenter's/Woodworker's Shop.
The big shocker when I was playing FFXI. I saw a player named "Fogel". Could it be the MK Team's own Fogel!?
Took this one this afternoon. A pretty nice pic of San d'Oria from atop the Auction House.

Yes, that's my character you see. He, uh...she went through a sex change. Actually, a race change. *cringes* But I got stats better suited for my Job Class.

It depends on your tastes, and the intensity of that taste. If you're really into RPGs, MMORPGs, online games and such, buying FFXI is a no-brainer. You also need to have a lot of time on your hands to keep up with the happenings of the community, and to build yuour character up.
If you're a casual gamer, don't buy it. It'll be a waste of your time and money if you're going to play it for a short while and stop.
