Sticky at the top of the page?

I'm sure I'm not the only one that's tired of seeing these constant "sig" threads, just do a search on general discussion for sig, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Would it be too much trouble if a mod put the Faq for image posting as a sticky? Who else thinks this would help the forum?

It won't help...you can put "wet floor" signs all over the place, and some fuckup will still run through, fall on his ass, and bitch...

It will never work.Some new users who join just skip over everything and post whatever they like.There is one sticky in the MKD thread that Tgrant posted about all the info you need about MKD.But people are still asking questions about GC,and how many fatalities will each charcter have.It's a good idea but it won't work.

That's what I was referring to, but like everyone else said, "n00bs" don't pay much attention to stickies, or anything for that matter
