I've been posting on this forum (on and off) since Mortal Kombat Gold came out. When this place was mk5.org. I used to write fan fiction for the section when it existed back before Deadly Alliance came out. I've been influenced by Mortal Kombat as well as several other sources.
I've written an indy comic and am trying to fund it at the moment. Quite a bit of art is done already, but in order to complete the rest we need funds. That's where you come in.
I'm sure no one here is a stranger to kickstarter with the whole double fine thing recently, but in case you are, it's a crowd funding website where if you become a backer, you get rewards based on your pledge level.
