Hey all,
I just got my acceptance email and I'm going to law school next year at one of my top choice schools!
Aside from the need to tell everyone I know that I'm going to law school, I thought I'd make this thread to discuss all of MKO's students what they're doing at the end of the year. Graduating high school? College? Summer job or internship? Where are you going, what are you doing, what are you waiting to hear back on?
Also, I'M GOING TO LAW SCHOOL

I'm graduating from high school and have no idea what I want to be. Two years of community college, and then its either go to a University or some specialty school.
This thread makes me so sad. I've failed at securing an internship. This is the end of my junior year. Literally if I don't work in an accounting firm this summer, I'm fucked. When I get out of school next year nobody is going to want me to work for them. FUCK. FUCK. FUCK. But. I have to do 150 credits anyways to be CPA certified. But I don't want to fucking not work another summer towards my career. Argh!

Dude.
Graduating college, internship or no, is not the end of your life. The fact that you have the drive to seek out opportunities and care so strongly about your professional career puts you way ahead of most of the recent grads and university seniors I know. You'll be OK. It's a rough economy for everyone (I was unemployed for nine months after graduation from a top 20 university) and that means both jobs and internships go down the funding drain.
You'll be cool. People survive their early 20s.
