My first Gameboy was the GBA and I loved having it around. First game I had was Pokemon Blue and some Sonic game (Sonic Advanced 2 I believe). Never had the original Gameboy, but I did play my Cousin's GBC from time to time with her Pokemon Yellow and Pinball.

Man, I need a new handheld.

Same here. Tetris and Super Mario Land on the original Gameboy. I can't recall how many great games there was for the system, just way too many to name.

I'm sure a lot of us owned multiple Gameboy models as well through the years. If i recall correctly, I used to own the Ice Blue Gameboy Pocket as well and I currently still own a Gameboy Advance SP as well.

Loved my old pea green screen gameboy!! It was the first "game system" my parents let me have and I had some awesome gaming experiences. Here are some of my favorites. I never played some games like Pokemon, Mario Picross, etc that I know some rate highly, so this isn't a "greatest of all time" list. Just my favorites.

My dad once went to Thailand during his time in the military and brought me a bootleg GB cartridge with 8 games. Awesome.

I had a purple see-through GameBoy Color with Pokémon Silver.

It was the coolest shit ever. Still is.

I still have my Mario Kart super circuit and I wish I had a GBA so I could play it.

I've never liked handhelds... thus never owned a gameboy.
