Awesome movie! Just wondering though.. Does anyone know any DVD secrets about it? Or any easter eggs? Slipups/Bloopers would be fun to look for too if you guys know any.

i didnt like that movie, it was kinda boring compared to the first. Thats kinda funny though that any of us on this site watched that movie.
I just saw that movie today.
I'm surprised someone from MK5.org besides me would actually post something like this without having to worry about getting flamed.
After all, that was a kids movie...
I must say I have enjoyed it, though.
But they could have made it a little funnier, and maybe a little longer... But did you see at the end when Timon and Pumba were watching the movie, and if you look closly, you can see Stitch crawl across the seat. Lol.

A question... was this movie supposed to be all the things that happend before the first movie was made? Cause if it is, shouldn't they have named it "The Lion King 1.5?" I mean if it's called "The Lion King 1 1/2" that would mean that the story is everything that happend before the second one. Anyway, can anyone clarify what part of the story "The Lion King 1 1/2" is based on... like is it after the first Lion King or before. Thanks.

No, this movie had pretty much the same story as the first just from timone and pumbas point of view

Isn't 1.5 the same as 1 1/2?
Anyways, great movie - watched it with my nephew.
Timone and Pumba were my faves in the original.

Lion King 1/2 is a sad attempt to mooch off the original lion king which was a defanite classic. But I have to admit, the commercial was amusing.

is it just the old generation that likes lionking? or do younger generations like it aswell i mean the older generation mightened like it now (our generation) but some still might ppl think its nerdy thought
The older Generation prefers Kimba, the White Lion - aka The Jungle Emperor. I, along with several other fans of Tezuka anime, are appalled and ashamed that Disney has the balls to call Lion King original.
The sheer number of similarities is uncanny, yet Disney somehow managed to get away with discrediting the original...
Because of this, I've been boycotting Disney's shit...
