Houndour, only because it evolves into Houndoom.
Both are totally overrated IMO but Houndour interests me more. Jolteon is my least favourite Eeveelution.

Jolteon's pretty bland as far as Eeveelutions go... Of the original three, only Vaporeon has a design that consists of more than just looking like its literal element with Flareon being a fireball and Jolteon being... A thunderball...
Jolteon. I love Eeveelutions, and in gen 1 thhis guy was really useful against psychics with his pin missiles. Much better electric type than the overrated mouse.
