I love both, I don' know if I can decide.
I so want Gyarados to move forward, but I cannot deny Xatu's rightful place in the final group either.
Oh well, sorry Gyro. I'm going with Xatu.
Gyarados. No question. It pains me to vote against Fighting's worst nightmare that sees into the future, but Gyarados is a beast.

Gyarados, easily... Though Xatu is kind of cool as far as birds go... Gyarados, all these years later, is still among the coolest water types.
