I'm looking forward to WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw, which should be by far the best wrestling game of the year; WWE Survivor Series on GBA, it's about time they put another GBA WWE game out; and Legends of Wrestling Showdown, this should be the best of the "Legends" series.

have you played 1? how much does that suck lol i bought it and played once and i didnt like it cuz i thought it really sucked now ive played it again and have changed my view a little bit

but yeh smackdown vs raw should be awsome i hope that cena/ortan fued is in this game and not day of the wreckoning like people have been saying

also survivor series i reckon is going to rock i wreckon it should have wrestlers that actually went to survivor series like for example if triple h went to survivor series then he should be in it

also who thinks that thq isnt finished with the raw series from the xbox? im not sayin its going on the xbox but maybe on the new portables? i mean we thought that wrestlemania was complete finished

also heres what i think it should be for smackdown vs raw

unsplit roster
more than 2 storlines (Cuz thats all hctp seem to have lol)
the ability to interfere and steal stuff like raw 2
i would like something like revange mode from wrestlemania xix
updated roster (but also keep ppl like brock lesner, goldberg)

i hope the new smackdown game is good, better than the peice of shit that they give normally

I don't like the Smackdown Series too much.For one all of the games have the same boring feel to them.I think it's about time for a Arcade Style Wrestling Game.I never found out why the last SD game was so good they just give them small updates and thats it.I'll stick with Def Jam Vendetta untill a good WWE game comes out.

Let's just hope that THQ brings back the old grapling system they used in WCW Revenge, WWF No mercy.

The moves were easier to pull off and the special meter was great.

It's more arcade-y than the Smackdown games.The only thing SD has a better Season mode than DJV.It's about time they add the following to SD Games:

-Commentary-The WWF Warzone kind.
-Attack someone while there coming to the ring
-Beat up the Referee without him reversing.
-Climb The Titantron
-a More In Depth season mode where you create your own charcter and work your way up to main events
-Be a General Manager

No Mercy still owns all WWE/F games that have come out since.

Agreed. But I must point out, that climbing the Titantron has already been put in HCTP. Go to the Smackdown arena, and go near the last crack in the fist/titantron and press up. Your wrestler will then climb up. And, being the geniuses that the computer wrestlers are, will follow you up there. Oh, and I love beating up the ref WITHOUT him reversing. That's so gay when they reverse! How can they reverse a wrestler that out-muscles them and out-weighs them? Oh, and when the ref gets hit, make him stay down longer. They get up too quick. Maybe be an option for you to wake him up when you need too.

Drfatality, I agree with you that the SD series needs some vast improvements, but it is still by far the best and most selling of the wrestling game franchise.

The "Legends" series in my opinion blows, and I hope "Showdown" improves it. As for the "Raw" series, I doubt THQ will let it die. We'll have to wait to see how the do with the "Wrestlemania" series on X-box. I heard a rumor of the latest Raw 3 being released on every platform, but I guess that idea got scrapped.

Im Really Looking Forward to the next Smackdown Game, Have yall seen the Screens and the Teaser Trailer? John Cena looks Awesome! And Randy Orton finally has an updated Attire, but they need to fix up his face!

Im Also Looking Forward to WWE:Survivor Series for the GBA, hopefully itll be better than WM 18!!!!

And for Day of Reckoning for the GCN, I personlaly think its a Smackdown: Here comes the Pain Rip off!

Yeah, THQ are always hush, hush when it comes to their games, especially the wrestling titles.

Whatever the new Smackdown game is name, it's gon kick ass. And they really need 2 improve the WrestleMania series for gamecube.

They have currently scrapped the Mania series on Cube in favor of putting it on X-Box.

I think that the next Smackdown only game will be called either "Who's Next?" or "Your Next!" There's always a trend in Smackdown titles that follows catch phrases so maybe this is next. One type of match that I wan't to see in the game is an Inferno Match. I also want Black Ninja back as a character.

I doubt the game will have either of those as subtitles, Goldberg's gone and the subtitle has already been confirmed as Smackdown vs. Raw. There is a rumor online that THQ and WWE may put an inferno match into the game, as well as a stretcher match. Your Black Ninja is a character you created or what??

Am i the only one whose just itching to kick the crap outta my opponent then walk out the cage door? it'd make cage matches a whole lot more fun.
