I would have to say dying in a car accident (especialy if you get all mangled up in the plastic, glass and metal only to suffer while they try to pry you out) is up there, just because it is so lame and unnescesary. Also being eaten by a great white shark, because they freak me right the fuck out !!

Has anyone seen the skit on the dave chappelle lost episodes when tyrone gets his balls smashed by a spiked bat and then having a hanger put in the microwave until it got real hot and then being shoved up his ass real slow. Even though he lived that would be a bad way to die.
