I wish i could congratulate him...but i can't.
He did nothing.
He visited the site (or his page refreashed) a bunch of times. Great.
I don't mean to offend him or anything, but visit count really doesn't mean shit, and it's hardly worthy of making a whole "congrats" thread on.
Now if the thread were "congratulations X on being here for Z amount of years", i might be able to find it in my heart to throw a "whoa that's great", but visit count? mehh...
