I was thinking of buying the Xbox version of Soul Calibur 2, but I'm not so sure.

I can get it if you like, I have all three. Spawn, although not the best character or easiest to control has some of the sweetest pay-offs if you can master him. Plus, if you get the Abomination Axe in Weapons Master, you can finish the fight in three hits, or two if you full charge your necro blast. Plus, there's nothing better then playing Soul Calibur on Xbox with 480i.
I'm waiting for Soul Calibur 3 for next year.

Spawn does look pretty cool.I think I'll buy the Xbox version now.

Thank God some people listed Doom III! It doesn't matter to me though as long as the game is released then I can stop holding my breath! Buy a new GFX card and get it for PC, or save mula, and get the toned down GFX version of the Box??? I may sound crazy but I'm not anticipating Halo 2 that much, mainly because I'm so pleased with the first one, and I guess if I played the 2nd one I'd love it sooo much

If you're thinking in terms of 3 platforms and one game, they all contain one different feature. The best way to go would be the Xbox Soul Caliber 2, because it's quite simply the best on graphics and performance + ( a major +) it's the only one with a character who hasn't already been in a fighting game. I mean c'mon, Heihachi is from Tekken! that's like uncalled for (if someone wants to play as him in a fighting game, with a new poly model; buy Tekken 4). Link has been in Super Smash Bros. twice now, and his poly model and physics aren't much different at all, especially since it's on the same system. Now Spawn, is a totally newly rendered ver., and has a new set of moves that aren't featured in any of his games, but are similar??(not really), and he's the only one that hasn't been in a fighting game.*period, nuff said, that's all folks*

Well there you have it, there's no need to think about it. If you own all three platforms, and there is one game coming out for all three of those, You-Buy-The-X-Box-Ver-Sion.

Because SCII Hei has the best tools from the previous T's, plus their on roids.. A mid hitting electic which launches and produces huge guard break. Hell, I think it's around 10 frames still, too 0_0. In fact most of his launchers, if not all, are either mids or lows.

His hell sweeps are godly with mix up games because of the electric. Both those moves come off a crouch dash, which in turn comes of a wave dash, which goes under high attacks and covers space like a bitch. All his juggles are easy 70+ points and super abusable. Great, short, abusable poking strings to apply presure and track fools.

He has great oki with the afformentioned; picking peeps off the ground for HUGE damage couldn't be easier. He is just an all around broke ass bitch!

Spawn has combos, a few mix ups, but not nearly the "you just got raped" tools of Hei. Link just sux, sorry to say. You'd think he could zone with bombs, arrows, and what not...but he can't. He is predictable, which woulnd't matter if he had good tools, but he doesn't. The worst out of the three.

Hei is god tier, but what do you expect, he's Namco .
