Thanks guys! It's nice to have your support! Thanks for wishing him luck too...I believe, that for a while anyway, he'll need it. I will be ther to help him however I can...but He also needs to find strength within himself, to do the hard work of getting himself back to the way he used to be..when he enjoyed life and was happy. I think he can pull through though. After all he's already crossed the hardest bump: Asking for help with his problems. Once again Thanks to all!

I wonder though, has anyone else here ever been through this situation? Or a similar one? Where a friend or family member (Charlie is considered both to me) attempted suicide, failed, and was placed back on the road to recovery? I would be interested to know how you coped, and how said individual is doing now.

How fortunate for them. Though I'm sure Charlie was neither trying to be silly or funny. He had a lot of emotional problems...things wieghed heavy on him. I don't understand why people come to that conclusion myself, but to some they feel it's their only way out. Which is truly heartbreaking.

Be thankful Toxik...it is no picnic. It was horrifying for me to find out what he had tried to do! And what complicated matters worse, was the fact that it happened shortly after a fight he had..so Me = GUILT x 1000! It took me a while to get over that guilt and realise that it wasn't my fault. Charlie had problems long before that fight ever happened. And he has since told me that his decision to attempt suicide had nothting to do with the fight...he had been considering it for a long while before that. So yeah..to say it's hard is actually and understatement.

I'm back on topic Tommy,I'm having alot of problems just like your friend but it's online. The moderators of this site hates me,they always give me skulls for no reason,I've never used the f*** word but I still get skulls,why do they hate me so much?

Well...it's up to mods to make decisions for what they give out skulls for. So I don't know. I'm sure they wouldn't do it for nothing though. Also, skulls are giving for other things, aside from excessive swearing. You will likely not get skulled for using swear words alone. In your case, I'm sure they have other reasons for doing so. No offense..but you DO spam quite a bit. That could be at least one of the reasons.

P.S. Your problems here, and Charlie's are COMPLETELY different.

I have to agree with Tazzer on this one. You got a skull the other day for giving false information. Stuff like that isn't tolerated. Your lucky I never reported the spam you made in my Raiden thread. You also accused me of stealing.

The thing is Siduu, it's not a case of the mods not liking you it's case of your own actions leading you into trouble. You need to think a little before you say and do things. There is always a reason if you get a skull, and above are just some of the reasons why you've received them.
