Washing Face Before Sleep

Speaking of which, the poll would probably be more enlightening if people listed their ages, since "breaking out" is usually a bigger concern for teens than adults. (For example, I'm in my late 20's)

Aww, but listing your S.O. is funnier!
Oh well.
Anyhoo, I don't really have acne anymore, but I do the majority of my body cleanin' in the morning. It just seems better to me.
I's be in mah twenties.

Do you peepz wash it for a reason? For example, does it make you feel refreshed, more alert, or just that you feel more clean after it?

Both for me, but I also do it out of habit when I wash my hands, though I seldom do so in public if there aren't any towel/paper towels. Also did it to avoid having bad acne as a kid (though I don't think that washing the face actually prevents it).
if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

What a crazy cool thread! I sometimes use a facial wet wipe at night to remove heavy make-up. Other than that my cleansing routine happens mostly in the morning/afternoon (depends when i can be bothered to get up/ put on clothes/ stop drinking wine for breakfast). I use facial cleanser scrubbed with muslin cloth followed by moisturiser & anti-aging cream for the eyes. During a shower i'll use a different facial scrub for variety, and after i apply night cream. Every week-fortnight i use a mud-mask & pore cleansing strips. I'm mid-twenties, gay TV/XD, alcoholic & Gemini

Nah, I don't do anything like that at night. But in the morning, well that's a different story.

It's an absolute must;
Then again, I'm a rampant homosexual.
Also, when you drink vigorous amount of green tea (3 - 5) cups a day, it becomes less of a necessity.
