I was...sort of.

As much as I liked George, he simply couldn't compare with the 2 powerhouses that are Fantasia and La Toya (the latter will be, and should, in MY opinion, the winner). So I guess my surprise was that he got eliminated in THIS round, and not later on.

The things that have surprised me about this show lately:

-John Stevens lasting as long as he did

-Jennifer Hudson being eliminated that quickly

-La Toya London continually giving INCREDIBLE performances. While I always know what to expect from Fantasia, La Toya blows me away every single time

theres really no point in watching American Idol. Because everyone left, you KNOW is a good singer. Because they have made it through like 3 rounds.

Theres no lowlifes, fat slobs, Geeks, Tools or Asians that can't sing. Theres no one being made fun of.

Every word you said I agree with 100%. Every word. But it was sad to see him go. He brought alot of spirit onto the stage.

I was surprized alright..surprized to see all that nasty sweat under George's arm pits. That was disturbing, and me and my potential GF were laughing our asses on the phone at it.

uhh..yes he did. I remember one time I said he looked like a retarded Eddie Murphy, but I feel bad about that. He just looks a little goofy. It's like his face is long and chubby but he's skinny. It's weird. He's still the man tho.

I still don't see the point in watching it now.

Amercian Idol = British Asshole making fun of Idiots who can't sing.

And don't say that the people who made it through the first 3 rounds and that are there now aren't good singers! They are good. Maybe not to my liking but they def. aren't BAD.

So in reality you're watching good singers getting slowly knocked off the show. Which to me Isn't what American Idol is.

John Stevens got kicked because maybe he was the worst of the remaining Contestants. However, he isn't bad! None of them are right now.

Its just not fun at this point.

But I mean if thats your thing, so be it. I'd rather watch The Family On Sunday Nights every week. If you watch American Idol whatever...

LoL most hilarious thing was when Conan was singing in his car with that Ferrari carsalesman, the guy was just looking at Conan like hilarious!
