What character do you think would have the most depressing death?

There are so many cool characters in movies orcomics that we grown to love. Some have died already, some are rumored t die in upcoming comics/movies. So, who would be the most depressing death? Or who do you think will die in a movie/comic? Any character is cool, weter it be Spider-Man, Blade, Harry Potter, Shrek, Batman, Riddick, whoever.

I wouldn't want Blade to die. He's my favorite. But for Blade: Trinity, they said they filmed 3 different endings, one of which involves Blade dying.

I would like to see a Batman film where he relizes that he is getting too old to fight the new wave of crime coming into Gotham city.

Batman could fight his most grand battle against one of the most powerful criminals ever known to the Batman comics and after that battle he would pass on the burden to protect Gotham to another.

Then the next Batman movie would be Batman Beyond, Bruce Wayne would still help in destroying crime in Gotham. In the end, I would like to see a sad scene where Bruce Wayne is on his death bed and tells the new Batman about his life, and what led up to that moment. Bruce Wayne would then die holding a picture of his parents.
