I already gave up the title. It's a game called Winback. It was made by Koei and I remember playing it on the N64.

As for the newest clue from Zmoke, Tetris.

This game was a Third Person Shooter and had a pretty rad techno soundtrack.

You're not really giving us good clues, all I see is it's an N64 Exclusive game that's a 3rd person shooter and has a great techno soundtrack.

Conker's Bad Fur Day.

This N64 game has you hunting down for the piece of the chirosceptor before the Campaigner finds it. Traveling through different lands while also finding keys to unlock new worlds.

This game also featured my all-time favorite weapon. The Cerebral bore... later on in the series.

almost all females on earth are wiped out, and a guy's fiance is kidnapped. he drives a tank to get her back

also, In this game, you are sent in to a secret base to destroy a terrorist cell while secretly infecting people you meet with a strange virus, you also destroy a... rather different tank that is piloted by your brother.
