What game world would you most want to explore?

I'm not talking about participating in a video game. What I'm talking about is if it were just you inside that game. Some of the environments created nowadays are so lush and vivid. I just wanted to hear what games you all would just like to take a walk in. Here are my choices:

Resident Evil 2: I know the backgrounds were all prerendered and could be seen at only one angle, but it all just seemed so real to me. Especially the police station.

Silent Hill 3: Talk about a funhouse. A walk through the amusement part alone would be worth it.

Doom: I always had a thing for the acid pools, glowing walls and the overall satanic architecture of the levels.

Super Metroid: I know we're going way back, but the place was so damn big! Size trumps sophistication.

Resident Evil: the GC remake. That place was beautiful. Well, in that very evil way.

Silent Hill 3 too...holy crap, who didn't like the Other Side Hospital level?

Summoner 2...very pretty places, and I would have loved to explore the areas of Perduellion.

Resident Evil (Gamecube version): It would be cool to walk through the mansion. Plus with the grenade launcher glitch, I'll be alright! wink

agreed on the resident evils and silent hills. the suffering would be shit scary to walk around alone, shenmue 1&2 would be amazing too.oh yeah and toon struck man that game was wack.

I would like to explore the Starwars universe

All those planets must be so cool to explore,and not to mention using all the futuristic technology would be a blast to use also
