I was trying to remember a scene from this movie.. can't remember the actors. In the scene a criminal (or someone who's been on the run for a while) finally gives himself up to an old security guard (I think) and says something along the lines of "I'm going to make your day for this."

Any idea what movie this would be? It's been bugging me so much..

Needs more info. Where was the location? What era was it in (were these town men cowboys, space pirates, etc) Any other details? Were the two men white?

Just taking a guess was it The Fugitive?

It was in modern times and the two characters were white. I remember the scene right after is the old security guard being congratulated by his fellow officers at the police station (even though he knows it was really the guy who turned himself in as a fluke).

Ok. What era of release? Was it a 80's movie, 90's movie, etc? Any distinct quotes? Also "in modern times" can mean an awful lot. Were they in a building, in the middle of a field, hanging upside down from suspension wires? The details matter here dude. Otherwise you're better off googling details that you can see in your minds eye but can't convey in written word.
Also, I remember you from this as well as this. Remind me to never be partnered with you in Charades, Taboo, or Pictionary.
