A or F, the choice is yours and YOURS alone. EDIT: I just realized I made a Legends of the Hidden Temple reference. Points for me.

If only I was getting that much money back.
A or B. It's the responsible thing to do. Yeah an AR-15 would be nice but not necessary. MK arcade machine is really just a novelty item. And I'd have to see this hot neighbor girl that does sexual favors for money. Usually hoes ain't hot. But maybe that just where I come from.

Well it was more of a joke than a real question, I doubt she would say yes to such a thing. I doubt anyone I like would do that.

If you must spend it D or F. If you must be responsible with it A or C.
You never know. I worked with two girls at past jobs who went on to be strippers, and one of them even did some porn.

Move out. Invite girl to your place. Bang.Wait til your next tax return. Buy MK machine. Bang her on top of that. Wait til next return. Pay off car loan. Bang her in the car. Wait till next return. Buy gun. Bang her while killing terrorists. Wait again. Put money in savings. Buy her a ring. Bang her forever. Or until you get bored.
It'll take a few years, but it's worth it.

I would go with B or F.
B will let you have more personal space, which is fantastic. However, I'm a sex addict so I'd go with F. It's been 4 months since I've had sex and I'm going crazy. There's nothing wrong about paying for sexual favors in my opinion since it's no different than dating to get sex anyway. When you're dating a girl you buy her meals, you buy her gifts, you're still spending money on her. Why do guys spend money on girls? To keep them happy. Why is it important that they're happy? So they'll put out. lol I'm being sarcastic but it's kind of true at the same time.
In all seriousness though, if it was my choice I'd pay off the loan. Having that monthly debt off your hands would be great. I know I'd love to be free my car loan.

Move Out.
David could be a good investment only if you're about to rob a bank. If I were you, I would move out as soon as possible probably. Also, is the car requisite? Move somewhere where you can go by a bicycle and a bus, you'll save big moneys that you can invest for a better future. More importantly, move somewhere where you can do whatever you wish.

Sadly, America is not a public transportation friendly Country, some cities are but not mine. living here makes owning a car a requirement of life.

Yo dawg, I heard you wanted a transportation friendly city, so we put bike lanes and a college all over Fort Collins. Which you happen to live somewhat close to. Move out bro.
The infrastructure of the East Coast favors public transportation better than the West Coast's I've read, due to the fact that it was built later thus it was better planned for this day. I presume you live in Los Angeles then. You can still move to other states at least for a while, now while you can. Do as much good things as you can while you're still young, so you'll have something to commemorate in the later life. Excluding crimes however.
