That Vindicated song by oh man i donno who...Dashboard Confessional maybe? one of those damn emo bands that I cant stand...its the song for the spidey 2 soundtrack. As much as I hate this song/band/type of music, this song just gets stuck in my head all day and its the most annoying thing in the world.
