Apparently they changed zodiac signs. What you thought you were, you're not anymore...

Here's the new list for the signs:

Capricorn: Jan. 20-Feb. 16

Aquarius: Feb. 16-March 11

Pisces: March 11-April 18

Aries: April 18-May 13

Taurus: May 13-June 21

Gemini: June 21-July 20

Cancer: July 20-Aug. 10

Leo: Aug. 10-Sept. 16

Virgo: Sept. 16-Oct. 30

Libra: Oct. 30-Nov. 23

Scorpio: Nov. 23-Nov. 29

Ophiuchus: Nov. 29-Dec. 17

Sagittarius: Dec. 17-Jan. 20

Please welcome the Ophiuchus, something that I am now and I refuse to label myself as because I don't know what you are.

Enjoy you're new signs.

They say that this may only apply for people born after 2011.

I'm ecstatic. I never felt like I was a lesbian. Leo suits me so much more.
I think I'm just going to stick with being a Scorpio. It just makes more sense than me being a Libra. As I am really nothing like a Libra and everything like a Scorpio. Read the description of a Scorpio and I am exactly that.

However, I think that after reading a bit on the Chinese Zodiac. I'm starting to like the sound of "Fire Tiger".

I can understand why astronomers want to do this to "be more accurate". Seeing as how the constellations have shifted since a long time ago, but I just think this is stupid. Especially to go and introduce a 13 sign. Everyone is so used to the old signs, and people are so used to identifying with them that they just won't adopt this new system just because astronomers feel it is more accurate.

Under this new system I go from being a Pisces to an Aquarius because of 1 day difference. Personally I don't feel my personally lines up with what is described as Aquarius so I'll still label myself a Pisces.

Yeah I just heard about this tonight frommy sis. I follow the chinese zodiac anyway which I'm a horse (on my necklace for those who might've caught that in my pics). For the western zodiac sign I was a taurus.
This explains why some people are so damn moody anymore they've clearly been bumped to a cancer then! They're always moody..I've dated a few! glasses

I doubt the Sun/Earth's axis would magically shift positions over the course of 1-2 years.

Now that I think about it, it's probably just a way to shut people up. Because people are going bat shit crazy. They're taking astrology way too seriously.
