I think this movie is going to Kick Ass, however, I think they are making it be released october considering it is a "Scary Movie". I wish they released it in august instead though. Is Nemesis really going to be in it? I thought they were going to put The Tyrant in? Oh well, I'm glad they put him in earlier cause he is my FAV. bad guy in all the RE games.

yeah I oved the first one eventhough I'm ashamed to say I saw it just a few weeks ago but it leaves a great cliffhanger cuz the worst is yet to come...

It's a dumb move buy the studio to release it in October since Alien vs Predator is out the same month as well.

Yeah The king of badassess is gonna be in it. Ive seena quick glance of him on MTV lets just say you wont be dissapointed. Yeah i figured it would be an October release alongside MKDeception. Plus i hear the zombies are gonna look awsome! anyway thanks for posting keep the RE love coming!

Yeah thats cool. I just want them to release an official trailer but it will be worth the wait you know. A quick fact did u know the ending sequence wasnt CG they actually destroyed that part of Berlin cool stuff if they can do do that imagine what they will did for REA

He was huge it was a short glance so i recorded it and they showed him witha machine gun and he looks just like the game its gonna be a freakin awsome movie and worth the damn wait trust me!! With Carlos,Nikahli,Jill,Dr.Ashford,Mikahil its gonna be awsome plus NEMESIS!!!!

From what I saw (including the pretty far out there ending), he's a guy in a suit. He looks pretty good, though.

He didn't have a machine gun in the clips I saw (a bit of the middle and the ending). He had a rocket launcher.

Yeah the MTV clip was fast but i played it in slow mo' and it looked like he had one but yeah he will have the Rocket Launcher kick ass!!

Do you think Tyrant should be in the movie also, ya'know, so he can team up with Nemesis.

will there be crimson heads cuz those are my all time most hated RE enemies other than the lickers or the monkeys in RE Zero...

I dont know if they should use Tyrant for Nemesis since there making a Resident Evil Afterlife(rumored) and its gonna be based on Resident Evil Code Veronica X and memorie serves it had Tyrant and Chris Clarie and the second bad ass Wesker!

The movie kicked ass and I have no doubt that Apocalypse will kick major ass too. But I hope more characters make an appearence such as Claire, Leon, Sherry, Ada, William & Anette Birkin, and other characters from Resident Evil 2. It seems like the movie is revolving around Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. It would only make sense to put them in the movie considering that Resident Evil 2 takes place at the same time as Resident Evil: 3...

Alien Vs. Predator is being released in August, almost on par with the day Freddy Vs. Jason was released. Hmm.

So basically what they did was skip RE2 and took the story of RE3? It would have been better if they tried to follow the original storyline just a little. I'm pretty sure that alot of RE fans would have loved to see S.T.A.R.S. with wesker and Bravo team instead of the so called military team they had in the first movie. But what the heck, guess this is what happens when hollywood does a game-to-movie transition.

Looks that way me i wish they had all those characters but the story was cool introducing a new character and a new approach to the whole story plot.

Excellent thread! Not only do I love the RE games, I thought the movie was amazing! And that ending was simply perfect for the sequel!

I just cant wait, I thought the first movie had an amazing team of actors with Milla and Michele Rodriguez.

M sure Milla will be as good as she was on the first, I just hope the others play a great role as well!
