I would, I actually enjoyed playing this game.. the weapon combat was fun and, more importantly the Sai were portrayed accuratly!! (Unlike the horrible Sai stance from MKDA) Nagi kicked ass! Each character had a good number of moves and combos and some of the throws were awesome. I think with a huge update in the graphics dept. and some new characters thrown in with the rest, it could be a truly awesome weapon based fighter. What are your thoughts??

I'd rather see a sequel than an update, unless the sequel includes the 1st game as a bonus.

Yoko and Zaimoku were my faves.

LOL I meant a sequel I don't know why I said Remake. Have to change that. I like Yoko as well but Tommy and Nagi are my faves.

What's the matter, James? No glib remark? No pithy comeback?

I remember this game was on the sega saturn if I;m correct. I think it was like virtual fighter but the graphics were better and you could use weapons. Maybe sega will announce the sequel at E3?

Well that would be fantastic, however, I think it's doubtful. However I'd be very happy if it were to be announced....I was a really good game, and accurate as far as the weapon use went.

I don't mean to be negative here but Last Bronx had a typical Sega-fighting game-product-problem, namely that it didn't really have much personality. Look at games like Virtua Fighter or Fighting Vipers: fun to play or in case of VF very intelligent, thorough and with a great graphics engine but bordering on boredom and lack of interesting personalities to keep "the masses" satisfied.

Namco understood that art a bit better... although Tekken 1 was VF-rip off grin.

But as to the original topic: sure, why not. I personally would love to see a Fighters Megamix 2. Does anyone remember that game? wink

Where did I say Tekken was better than Virtua Fighter? Tekken had a much better publicity machine and cooler looking characters, but Virtua Fighter is more sophisticated in terms of gameplay.

I still want VF4 Evo. I doubt it'll ever come out in platinum, however... :(
