Wth happened to T.V.?

Ok, so did i miss something? What happened to TV? Why the hell is everything narrated now? I noticed this last week, now it seems like every show is narrated. Can someone please tell me what is going on here????

Are you watching a "Described Video" channel by accident?

On sattellite, they have copies of existing channels, that describe the actions taking place, for blind people.

I'm not sure what happened. Ive noticed this now on fox, cbs, abc. Even animation domination was narrated last night. I was just wondering what changed?

It's just the settings or channels you are on. Television has not become more descriptive with narrators.
