The video is misleading. There hasn't been any mention of what will be included in the Xbox 720, let alone this feature. Also what this video is showing off doesn't appear to be from any official MS source, just seems like someones side project.
A similar, yet more simplified version of this was shown about a year or so ago by MS (or Sony, I forget), which could probably wind up in the 720, but wouldn't require the extensive setup seen here of of an additional projector and Kinect. It was more of a tv tech than video game tech, that basically just changed the colors of the wall behind the tv itself to make the room feel more ambient and immersive.

I'm a diehard Sony Playstation fan but I will give Microsoft the chance to WOW me and change my mind. I think the fact that Sony got Bungie and Blizzard to jump over is the tale tale sign of Sony having the better console. But we will see. XBox might have gotten exclusive rights to a few things that could sway my view.
