Pantera - 13 Steps to Nowhere
Fear Factory - Slave Labor (sickest double bass I've ever heard in my life)
311 - Applied Science live (The live version the drum solo is about 3 mins long)

Can't think of any more right now. I'll add more later.

Megadeth(Jimmy Degrasso)-She-Wolf on the Rude Awakening Live CD/DVD, man on the DVD you see how fast and awesome that solo really is... sometimes on the CD the double bass covers up the other stuff he is doing...

Some of my favourite songs for drumming...

"The Fallen" by Embraced for being technical as hell with heaps off beats.

"Distorted" by Devolved for sheer speed, it's atleast as quick as the chorus of Slave Labour by FF, if not quicker. Definately more constant, though. The last minute or two of the song is all 32nd notes on the double bass, fast as.

"Our Enemies" by Bleeding Through for being really quick, not the fastest thing I've ever heard but it's pretty damned quick none the less.

About Me

They were crying when their sons left. God is wearing black. He has come so far to find no hope, he's never coming back. They were crying when their sons left, all young men must go, he has come so far to find the truth he is never going home...

It's not actually in a song, but hands down, Joey Jordison's solo from Slipknot's Iowa tour. It is absolutely insane, if someone can tell me if there's anyway to post a video for download, I will gladly do it so you guys can see. It is absolutely unbelievable.
