2 Unidentified characters in the Aquaman trailer...

There were 2 hard to see characters in the trailer, took the liberty to attempt to give us the best chance at figuring out who they might be, by screen capturing them and doing what I could to give the best image(still pretty crappy):

The first figure:





The second figure:



To me, the first one obviously has a cape. Looks like bluish pants, with golden/yellow boots. The upperbody becomes even harder to make out, lots of flesh colored or gold/yellow in there that makes it all blend together.

It is important to note that they are with the regime, as Hawkgril, Green Lantern, and Superman are also in the air. So the character must be someone on that side. It could possibly be Captain Marvel, but it definitely looks like blue pants with gold boots, so I don't think it would be him. Wonder Woman doesn't wear a cape, unless her alternate has one. Her alt. does have gold armor, so that's a possibility, but I don't have a picture to compare. It closely resembles Dr. Fate, but that could just be wishful thinking on my part.

The second figure has black and gold/yellow. With boots similar to Captain Marvel. So it could be his alternate. It could also be Black Adam or someone of no importance(random soldier that can fly?). Hmmm...

What do you guys think?

The first one is more than likely Dr. Fate. Not too sure about the second one.

i think the second photo is related to aquaman or wonderwoman

What the heck are you talking about?!

The picture on Ed Boon's website is not the same as these from the trailer. The picture from Ed's website is likely Grodd. Grodd has the same helmet, gold armor, and belt piece, and the figure is dark, as well as having a stature of a Gorilla. Why is that so hard to believe?

Thank you, blackcyborg, for posting this! In all of the confusion of the deciphering going on with noob.com, I completely forgot about these characters spotted in the trailer.

Honestly, the first character, I am completely unsure of. Though my gut says Martian Manhunter, I just hope that isn't wishful thinking.

The second looks like Black Adam to me. And with the detail in his armor, I'd say he's playable! grin

I see it too, but it's just too hard to tell. Could be him, could be Fate, could be a few others that have similar appearancves. Just lacks enough detail to really know for sure unfortunately.

If the head area was golden, then I'd believe it's Fate. The person I see appears to wear a hood.

Well after looking at the first picture over and over my guess is Doctor Fate, maybe it's he's alternate costume but with the second picture, that looks alot like Black Adam smile

I can't tell who either of these guys are. At one times do they appear in the trailer?

I can't even begin to guess on the first one but the second one I think could be Black Adam except I think I see boobs and midriff showing so now I don't know.

i didnt think of black adam. now i wish it was him

is it known how many alts each charachter will have?

The first one is shown at 24 seconds, when you see Superman, Lantern, Hawkgirl, and a fourth figure way off in the distance on the right.

The second is shown extremely quickly when Aquaman is on the giant crab rising from the water, he flies by at 58 seconds on the bottom right.

I think the second one is definitely female. I think I see a cowl/hood type thing and it looks a little ornate. Raven after all maybe.

Raven didn't have gold on her costume in that screen shot from a while back.

What people are mistaking for midriff and breasts I think is just a golden belt, and large upper body at an awkward angle. Still saying Black Adam.

Also, the more I look at the first pic, the more I see tinges of green around his upper body. Maybe I'm just seeing things.

The first pic was probably her primary. This is her alternate.

I'd considered that. And I'm not sure what Black Adam looks like in the DCnU but if Captain Marvel is anything to go by than he just may have a hood and cape as well.

Although it could just be an alt for Raven. Although ALTHOUGH that would be playing with a colors a little too much.
