- Carly Pope Shoots Over to Arrow

Arrow is taking on a new shade of green in Season 5 with the latest cast addition.

The CW has revealed to TV Insider that Carly Pope will be taking on the recurring role of Susan Williams, a journalist from nearby Coast City who comes to Star City “looking to make a name for herself” by targeting Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) for a big story. If all of this sounds a little familiar to fans of the DC Universe, that's because in the comics, Williams is married to Jim Jordan, the little brother of Coast City's resident Green Lantern, Hal Jordan.

I won't under estimate their ability to make Green Lantern mediocre, but gettin the hard travellin heroes together on screen could be an interesting development!

- Cody Rhodes — Cast in Role on ‘Arrow’ Season Five

Former WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes will be seen on TV again in the near future, but not on a wrestling show ... he booked a guest starring role on Arrow.

The announcement was made Saturday by Stephen Amell during a joint appearance between he and Rhodes at the Heroes & Villains FanFest in New Jersey.

No details were given on his role ... but Amell said the deal was closed yesterday after an audition Cody recently took part in — which Rhodes hinted about in his first post-WWE statement.

That's kinda cool. Cody seems like a cool cat who wasn't really getting a fair shake in WWE.

Ragman is and interesting choice because of the supernatural element. I wonder if we'll see Constantine make another appearance or even a Zatara.
