Just a theory, they have him grouped with Harley and Solomon Grundy
whereas Superman, Wonder Woman and Flash are together

Odd. I can see them just fine. Edit: Now they're massive. Wtf?
I'll link them just in case.
Harley, Grundy, Batman
Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman
This banner also alludes to some infighting between Superman and Batman. There's also one of Wonder Woman and Batman fighting, and Flash and Batman about to fight. They came from this site.
I also remember seeing a poster with Superman collapsed in the background, behind two characters. Can't remember where I saw it, though...
Edit: Found it! Look below Batman.

I think that their using the original Injustice Leagues's plot: using Agamemno's mind/body switch as the base plot of the game, which Boon's already stated that the heroes could be the villains and vise-versa. If that's the case I'd expect: Lex Luthor, Agamemno, Catwoman, Felix Faust, Black Manta, Sinestro, Penguin, Dr. Light, Mr. Element, and Chronos. Yet Joker, Poison Ivy, and Cheetah are also heavily involved with them as well over time.
If I'm not mistaken, Green Lantern is the hero of the story by somehow using his ring to separate everyone back to normal.

^ i like it but
I think they're trying to create their own story. What would be cool to see is Batman vs. Superman. They could have both somehow messed up, superman could have let some villains out f their holding cells and now they have some BAMF's wrecking havoc. Batman gets frusrated with superman and the two end up fighting, causing a split amongst the heroes. No one wants to openly leave like Batman so the tensions arise. Batman continues his vigilante work and works with some villains to try and figure out the root of the problem. Why did superman fuck up and who is behind everything. The heroes would then continue to go about their business until another argument breaks out between flash and wonder woman. Before anything can happen the green lantern calms them down and they squash the issue but tensions are still high. Flash could then be on a field mission with the lantern and something happens and the lantern is presumed dead. Superman is already pissed an now he blames flash. In a fit of rage he kicks flash's ass and exile's him. This causes heroes to leave on their own and aquaman leaves, nightwing leaves and other heroes leave, with superman wonder woman Martian manhunter and captain marvel being the only DC heroes "team" left. Then the story continues with all of them trying to uncover the plot and kicking each others asses and then they save the day but now their split and many rivalries are started.
Itd be cool if this becomes a continuing series.

I dunno, I think its more of a free for all sort of thing.
Superman and Batman don't allways see eye to eye either, plus the whole Superman vs Batman debate has been raging for decades.

What if the Injustice's storyline is a Civil War between Superman and Batman. Let's say Amanda Waller and the U.S. Government passes a law where all superheroes/villains must reveal their alter-egos to the Government. Superman, Wonder-Woman and The Flash are on the side of the Government, where Batman leads a rebellion against the Government and Superman.
That would be kind of cool, I guess

exactly. cool plot, but leave it to Marvel. NRS can conjure up their own unique plot.
