You'd think they'd make an announcement at Comic-Con. But EVO is closer so that works for me.

Well they definitely need to announce Martian Manhunter and set right what went wrong and give me my DCAU original 7. That said they may also announce another season pass and if so I'm hoping Black Canary is included as well.

I hope Poison Ivy gets a look in.... and of course MMH or blood will be spilt.

Ed does have a booth at ComiCon. I imagine he'll havee something to troll us with until then.

In response to a question asking where the fourth of July announcement was, Boon responded that "It wasn't the 4th of July. It was the FOURTH P."

Haha, "it was the fourth place" doesn't make a lot of sence, so I'm gonna go ahead and assume manhunter is being announced sooner rather than later. I'm also gonna go ahead and assume swamp thing doesn't have much of a shot at making this game.

There's always next time I suppose. Thanks for an amazing game anyway NRS. Can't wait to see the remaining DLC lineup.

MK Legacy booth

Well, panel, I guess I should clarify, but, ya know...
I imagine that he'll do some MK stuff and Injustice stuff if he's gonna be at ComicCon already. MK Legacy, well, meh. Could've done a better MK panel, coulda done worse.

I'm surprised no-one mentioned any of the characters that are fightable in STARS missions like Trigon (who moves like Ares but has different specials), Killer Croc (who just shoulder charges but that could be expanded), Amazon (WW's sword stance only) etc etc.

They wouldn't have fleshed out character movelists or stories but if treated like 'bonus' characters then could be kinda fun.

I'm pretty sure it won't be Dr. Fate cuz his costume is in the Hall of Justice stage which means he's dead. It won't be Robin either cuz Damien was Robin until he killed Dick Grayson and then he took the role of Nightwing. I'd love for Wonder Woman to have a villainess in the game like Cheetah or Circe. Then the other 3 I'd like MMH, Black Manta cuz we need an Aquaman villain and he would be an awesome gadget character, and for another female either Black Canary, Zatanna, or Poison Ivy. What about another stage like a dying Krypton would be frigging rad. Fight inside a building that's crumbling from the cataclysm and then get knocked outside where the planet is shaking and engulfed in lava/flames. You know something of that nature would be spectacular.

DLC has nothing to do with canon.

Also we're working with two different Earths. Batgirl is ONLY from the Regime world and doesn't have a counterpart like Dick/Damian.

What about Zod in this game?

I haven't seen anything of Zod so I don't know tbh.

Zod's ending features Zod trapping Regime Superman in the Phantom Zone.

So, I'vebeen having fun with my speculation, and i was thinking ifat ComiCon, Ed would just give a demo of the character he announces at Evo, like with Zod. So, I conclude that if we don't get an entirely ne 2nd season pass, we'll only get one more character. But, that's just me.

I hope there's four more characters. That might sound greedy and unrealistic, but I really don't wanna think about how awkward the select screen is gonna look otherwise. Petty gripe, I know.

You what would be funny? If they surprised everybody and put a Marvel character as a DLC fighter. They threw us for a loop when they announced Freddy Kreuger for MK9, so anything is possible. Freddy is owned by WB, so in reality a marvel character is probably not possible because they don't own any Marvel licenses. I hope to see Starfire or Poison Ivy as fighters.

I think DC would throw up if a Marvel character showed up in Injustice ;) Better chance of Disney and Marvel getting together.

I imagine if they did try to pull that off, Spider-Man would be their choice. He's among the most popular superheroes there is, he plays great in MvC, there was already a short crossover comic where he tyed to join the Justice League (and ultimately failed), and when asked, Ed even stated that Spider-Man would be his choice to add a Marvel character to the roster.

Well yeah there's no evidence of another season pass but the character select screen would look awkward without four more characters. I mean it looks awkward now.
