I think I have most of SP2 figured out

As for the villains, that's a bit harder to figure out. Most of the ones we have are either Batman or Superman foes. As it stands, we only have one Green Lantern and one Wonder Woman villain along with no enemies for Aquaman or Flash, that leaves some options open.
Odds are, the last two slots will be filled by Black Manta, Circe, Arkillo, Atrocitus, Genocide, Captain Cold or Mirror Master.

Assuming you're right, that leaves Red Hood + one other villain.
