22, Orbs of Seth, 22 lightning cage mb, j3, dive kicj
46%, 48% with j2 starter
You can do a b3 after the meter burn to start some more shenanigans but I think this is much simpler

Max damage with J2 is 32%, if meter burn is used too then max damage is 37%. Hawkgirl is quite weak but her specials are safe and flight mode can become frustrating to the opponent if used correctly. She has an overhead projectile and a slightly angled safe-ish ovehead dive kick while in the air.

1,1, Hatchet MB, 1,1, Chain Grapple - 40%
For some real fun, get your opponent in the corner and use 1,1, bf3 to apply some cheap pressure. If they try jumping away the 11 will juggle them for an easy chain grapple. They can just block and dash back to avoid the bf3 grapple or use a wakeup attack, but this can still be useful

yeah this is real good. I'd change the first 22 string to 11 and the J2 into a J3 to get to 55%. The 11 comes out faster and is easier to combo with while the J3 after the Lightning Cage gives you a tiny bit more damage.
This guy has ridiculous damage output. If they nerf him, I'll stab NRS right in the fucking armpit
I'm lovin this thread. Those Black Adam combo's are ballin and I can't wait to try out the Hawkgirl ones.
I'm gonna list some easier combo's that for me have been more consistent online.
Easy Black Adam bnb's
112 df2 17% if jip 22%
With trait: b2 4(trait) 112 df2 30% if jip 34%
-Above combo is good if you think the opponent will block and you want something to end in a low to catch them off guard.
112 db1 dash B23 Up1+3 27%- if jip 31%and VERY reliable
-If you feel like being sexy do the enhanced plus trait version:
112 En db1 4(trait) slight walk forward b23 Up1+3 36% -if jip 39%
NOTE: As soon as the enhanced part of db1 lights up hit the trait button.
Off an air to air punch:
Jump forward 2 11 (as they fall down) db1 dash b23 Up1+3 29%
To enhance it and add trait to make it sexy:
Jump forward 2 11 (as they fall down) En db1 4 (trait) slight walk forward b23 Up1+3 38%
B2 4(trait) 113 db1 dash b23 Up1+3 39%- if jip 42%
If you enhance the db1 39% if jip 43%
Off enhanced dive Kick:

Overall I feel like the good part of enhancing the db1 is that it enables you to activate your trait in the middle of the combo to ENSURE added damage and it looks cool as fuck.

And my biggest and favorite 1 bar plus trait

I start mine with the B2 because it catches crouching motherfuckers and lunges Adam forward by a lot so its good in the footsie game. And as soon as they start falling from the enhanced electric cage (db3) i start mashing b3 like there's no tomorrow.

For anyone having trouble connecting good combos with Captain Marvel, you can hit-confirm his duck-grab special (DB1) and his bear hug special (DBF1) right after you connect a Ji3 95% of the time. So if you don't mind sparing a bar of meter or two, you can get off some good stuff. Be warned against anti-air characters though.

anyone dumb this down by chance like what system are these for and what do these numbers mean etc I know how to do the basic combos in the moves list section but would love to learn the advanced stuff any help would be appresheated.

Really? It's official, you suck, but I will help you.
The combos never reach above the damage you'll rack up with this combo.
+j2, >+2, 2, 3, dbf1
I think it can be extended, but I'm not home to try it again. Have fun trying it out.
