For Batman, he should call the batmobile and have it hit the opponent.

He taps a button on his wrist, uses his grapple hook to get out of the way and the car slams into the opponent and they go over the top of the car and it drives away.

That's an interesting idea, me like it. I just wonder if it would look silly to have a big car coming into a small arena. Maybe it could be a motorcycle.
I haven't got the time to contemplate it widely yet but here would be one:
Raiden fibrillates the opponent's heart until it explodes stops pumping and slumps, showing clearly that it "stopped" working and disbanded.

As of now the game is actually "Rating Pending" but you shouldn't jump into conclusions at this point. See, MK/DC had Heroic Brutalities and those toned down Fatalities: the X-rays such as a back breaker wouldn't differ from those really, would they? We could have some type of X-ray moves, like busting a nose or breaking ribs (not the most cringing ones).
This is completely "What if?" currently – not like our ideas would carry on to the game now – and since the possibility (which seems viable) is there, let's keep on creating those devastating fan fictive X-ray moves, alright?

Well I doubt we'll see X-Rays and they've already stated that there's Super Moves envolved. Poison Ivy should cause roots to hold the opponent's feet and she simply in her seductive way drops a seed in front of her in sweep distance from the opponent, and a tree sprouts with a vine hanging for her to swing kick the opponent; and when you think it's all over with a giant melon/fruit falls on the opponent's head dizzying them.

This move would be based on her basic move the Sunflower Machine Gun where she quickly drops a seed and out comes a sunflower that she spins like a wheel and multiple seed projectiles attack the opponent.

She should produce pollen spores (make opponent sneeze, stunning them), poison ivy (they have to stop and itch, stunning them), venus flytraps, sap trap, tumbleweed bowling, cat-tail/vine/stick bow and arrow, vine swing, cacti, and thorn bushes.

I'd also like to see her manipulate the background plants as well or take over backgrounds with her ivy/other plants.

Would these super moves be the equivalent to the X-ray moves here?

LOL, they could be implimented into an X-Ray, sorry my OCD wont shut off, I'm just too hyped for this game. Yet that first move was to be like an X-Ray, the rest were just ideas that she should overall utilize.

I could see Black Canary have an X-Ray where she screamed in the opponent's ear so loud that their skull cracks.

There might be EX bars, breakers, and something else like in MK vs DC. You had to input the move correctly, for example, Green lanterns hammer which is db 2, you have to do db2 right after that for double hammer, then db2 right after that for triple. I can see something like that being in there.

If T rated x-rays so won't be there!

Apparently, Flash's super move is WAY more kick ass than Superman's according to Ed Boon.

We've gotten a real name, Super Move, for the bad boy and now it's time to let the creativity spring. The Joker's Super Move is expected to be cruel and Green Lantern should have something out of this world too. I hope we'll see more counterattacks this time. The stage is yours... share your ideas.

Nightwing: Grabs them by their hair, takes out an escrima stick, and wacks the opponent. They fall to the ground gagging. Then he kneels down and starts brutally hitting them on the side of their skull (in a downward stabbing motion) then puts the escrima stick in one position, in contact with the opponents skull, electrocuting them. Then jumps, kicks their face (While still on the ground) and conects the kick with a back flip.

Bane: Breaks opponent's back over his knee, fight ended.

Batman: He fires the Batclaw at their feet and hangs them up. He takes out either the Remote Electrical Charge (REC) gun from Arkham City or the Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) rifle from The Dark Knight Rises and fires 4 shots at the opponent. Then he throws 3 Batarangs at their face, then one more to cut them down.

How about The Joker and other baddies, mortals?

I should also mention that he hits their throat in the first hit.
