Odds are they did some concept art of everyone that was in that DLC poll. I wouldn't take this as confirmation of her being in just yet.

The last one on the last link is really the only acceptable one. All of them are too yellow.

Odds are she's going to make it in if Zatanna lost to Red Hood. Since Boon said no more Batman Characters, she probably didn't make the cut unless we're getting a third season pass (which I'd be VERY open to)

Also, I'm partial to the first and second designs on the third link.
